Section 1: Scope of Application<\/h2>\n
(2) Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary General Terms and Conditions of the Client shall not become part of the contract unless the Contractor has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 2: Subject Matter of the Contract<\/h2>\n
(2) The exact scope of services shall be determined by the respective individual contract, quotation, or service record.
(3) Ancillary services or amendments require written confirmation by the Contractor.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 3: Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\n
(2) A contract is only concluded upon written confirmation or the commencement of performance by the Contractor.
(3) Oral ancillary agreements or assurances require written confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 4: Prices and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n
(2) Invoices are due and payable without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date.
3) In the event of default of payment, the Contractor is entitled to charge default interest in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
(4) The Contractor reserves the right to request reasonable progress payments or payment in advance.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 5: Performance Period, Fulfillment, and Cooperation Duties<\/h2>\n
(2) The Client shall ensure that the surfaces to be cleaned are freely accessible and that electricity and water are provided.
(3) If performance is delayed due to a lack of cooperation on the part of the Client, the Client shall be liable for any resulting additional costs.
(4) The Contractor shall use exclusively its own cleaning agents and equipment, unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 6: Liability<\/h2>\n
(2) In cases of simple negligence, the Contractor shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”) and limited to typically foreseeable damages.
(3) Liability for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages is excluded.

(2) In the event of a justified notice of defects, the Contractor shall, at its discretion, provide remedial work or replacement services.
(3) If the remedial work fails, the Client may demand a reduction in payment or terminate the contract.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 8: Contract Duration and Termination<\/h2>\n
(2) The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
(3) Individual orders shall terminate upon proper performance of services.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 9: Data Protection<\/h2>\n
(2) Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g., to billing or IT service providers).
(3) Further information is contained in the privacy policy on the Contractor’s website.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 10: Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law<\/h2>\n
(2) If the Client is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin.
(3) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/span><\/p>\nSection 11: Final Provisions<\/h2>\n
(2) There are no verbal side agreements.<\/span><\/p>\n
