Services

Construction & Special Cleaning

After new builds, conversions or renovations, we remove construction dirt, dust and packaging material – so that your property can be handed over ready for occupation.

Post-construction cleaning

The final step of every building project

Cement dust, plaster residue, paint splashes, adhesive residue and packaging: after construction work, superficial cleaning is not enough. Only systematic, multi-stage post-construction cleaning restores floors, walls, windows and sanitary facilities to perfect condition.

For developers, architects, property managers, owners and general contractors, this means a smooth handover and a clean finish to the project.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When should post-construction cleaning take place?

Ideally once all work has been completed and drying times have been observed – usually one to three days before handover, so that minor touch-ups are still possible.

What is the difference between rough cleaning and final cleaning?

Rough cleaning removes building rubble and coarse dirt during the construction phase. Post-construction cleaning is the final detailed clean for a handover ready for occupation.

How long does post-construction cleaning take?

Depending on the size of the property and the level of soiling, anything from a few hours for a small flat to several days for a block of flats. After the site visit, we will tell you the expected time required.

Do you also clean after painting or flooring work?

Yes. After painting work, we remove paint splashes, adhesive residue and masking tape; we also clean after tiling, parquet or stone work.

How often should carpets be cleaned?

In private households once or twice a year, in offices and practices roughly every six months, in heavily used areas every quarter – more often for allergy sufferers or households with pets.
