Methods & intervals

Depending on the property, we work traditionally with a washer and squeegee, with telescopic poles or – where necessary – with solutions for hard-to-reach surfaces. We take care of frames, rebates, seals and window sills as well as the glass.
Together we decide which surfaces are cleaned at which intervals: regularly, for example monthly, quarterly or every six months, seasonally, or as a one-off appointment before events, openings or handovers.

That depends on location, use and soiling. In busy urban locations or for shop windows, monthly to quarterly cleaning is often advisable; in private households one to three cleans a year are usual.

Do I have to be at home for window cleaning?
For private properties it helps, especially if the inside is being cleaned. Alternatively, we agree key and access arrangements individually, for example via the property manager.
